maybe the high court judges need a lil training period fr themselves

The supreme court did something truly amazing this year..

Passing the three year judgement rule .

Let's understand why this rule was important.

Cause as we all know how the jurisdiction if the junior civil court is so vast and so high tht it is almost equal to the jurisdiction of the supreme court....

So zahir hai the civil court judges MUST be very trained and prudent while delivering judgements.

Than ... Obviously the training of three beautiful years is justified cause how can a law student who just graduated can sit at the post of a judge tht has near to no jurisdiction and all of his judgements and orders are appellable and how every order of his is appeal against....

The irony here is...

Tht be it prabir purkayastha, pankaj bansal, v senthil and many more cases where the FUNDAMENTAL rights of person were curtailed all the judgements passed by in above stated cases were altered by the apex court, safe to say tht most of the judgements passed by highcourts in important cases are disputable and against the justice..... and it must be noted tht it is at the will of these highcourt judges to allow u to appeal their judgement to supreme court or not....

Regarding the true groundness of the judges-

Almost all the judges of supreme court are daughters, son, neice, or somehow related to the former judges or CJI.... almost all the highcourt judges in india are uncke judges , how are THEY grounded??.. kaisee seriously...learning in the foreign enviornment been privileged frm the beginning fo they know how the society works???... In the recent ruling by a supreme court judge who's to be the next CJI of the country said tht it was wrong of the women to go to dubai and indulge in a sexual relationship thinking tht she n her gonna be husband were strangers regardless the fact tht they met on a marriage coded dating app and knew eachother and loved eachother but no...the judge sahiba says tht every such couple is a stranger unless they are married... it's quiet laughable cause the very provision of BNS criminalizes the act of indulging in sexual relationship wth a woman on a fake promise of marriage...but na..judge sahiba simply saw ki are didi dubai gyien hi kyun and not ki why this guy did not marry her when they rven slept tgthr.....

Anyway..coming to the three year rule....i guess it was important for the students only who have no back support and are not from these so called uncle judges families to go through the hardship and not these highcourt judges who say stupid things even after serving as advocates for 10 gud years.....so maybe the experience was not a hurdle here
